Program Description: A professional course that informs health care providers
about their scope of practice boundaries, state board rules, updated state and
federal HIPAA laws as well as proper CPT coding and documentation.
Program Goals / Objectives: At the end of the program, the registrant will
understand their scope of practice boundaries, state board rules as well as
understanding their respective state and federal HIPAA laws. They will also
understand how to use the CPT codes relevant to physical medicine and
rehabilitation and how to appropriately document these services.
